Meet the Team

At Premier Physical Therapy, our dedicated team works together to build a healthier community, one patient at a time. 

Dr. Bryce Mortensen, DPT

Bryce attended the University of Utah where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, during which his passion for orthopedics, rehabilitation and injury prevention grew.

 

Bryce, a Tri-City native, moved back to Kennewick, WA in 2018 to start working for Columbia Physical Therapy in an occupational medicine focused clinic. While working there he became proficient in Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Hardening, and Work Conditioning programs.  In the beginning of 2023 he became the clinic director of Premier Physical Therapy. His areas of interest/proficiency include vestibular and balance disorders, return to work rehab, post-surgical orthopedics, geriatrics, joint adjustments, and neurologic movement disorders.

 

Bryce is a certified dizziness disorder specialist (AIB-VR), a certified barbell rehab specialist and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He currently serves on the board of directors for Columbia Physical Therapy. He spends his free time with his wife and 4 children.  He is a hobbyist and enjoys rock climbing, fly fishing, running, weight lifting, playing music, and disc golf amongst others.

Lupe Barreto-Cisneros, PTA

Lupe graduated from Lane Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program in Eugene, Oregon 2020. Lupe is experienced in outpatient, acute, and skilled nursing settings. Since graduating Lupe has continued her education by becoming a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Lupe integrates her knowledge with exercise, movement-based activities, manual therapy, and patient education to help patients reach their goals, improve their current injured state and to be able to improve their quality of life.  

 

 

When not in the clinic, Lupe enjoys spending time with her family/friends, traveling with her husband and two dogs, learning new arts/crafts, and spending time outdoors. 

Vicky Madrigal,
Office Manager

Vicky first joined Premier Physical Therapy in 2016 as an aide to where one year later she assumed the office manager position. Vicky has over 10 years of customer service and patient care experience with 8 years in management. Vicky enjoys educating individuals regarding resources offered to them and optimizing their benefits, providing them the information and tools to become more independent.

 

When Vicky is not in the clinic battling insurances, she spends her time with her husband and children, family and friends outdoors, traveling, attending sporting events and watching movies.
